our anti fatigue mat is very durable, easy to clean and absolutely fireproof. it has a soft and pleasant feeling under your feet. It also works extremely well in humid conditions. It dries quickly and does not mold. Its colors stay brilliantly bright even under UV light. And the surface does not absorb water or dust. thickness from 12-20mm.
our products is made of PVC. The surface is PVC woven nets and backing is PVC foaming material.
PVC woven nets are the special products produced by pvc coated yarn, which adopt the yarn with special cladding structure: PET yarn with PVC coated. The core of the yarn is the high strength polyester industrial filament, After the coating of PVC, the polyester yarn changes into the compound yarn which is smooth in the surface, oil and water proof, innocuous and cool. Then the compound yarn are woven by the shuttle less loom and become woven fabric which get the advantages of bright color and non-fading, high tensile strength, oil and water proof, anti-UV, anti-aging, anti-abrasion, rot and chemical resistance, innocuous, smooth and cool in the surface, long service life and so on.
Backing is PVC Foaming. It takes PVC as the main raw material and made of a special fusing process-Hot melting, ECO BEAUTY has the only one equipment for hot melting technology in China. The hot melting equipment and technology development by ECO BEAUTY. There is a lot of anti fatigue mat in the market. but there is no any other factory produce same anti fatigue mat like ours.

1.Q: Where is your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Tangpu Industrial Zone, Anji County, Zhejiang Province,China. in the north west of Zhejiang, and is very near to both Shanghai and Hangzhou. It's 60 kilometers from Anji to Hangzhou, and 90 kilometers to Hangzhou International air port, and 230 kilometers to Shanghai.
2. Q: Are you the trading company or the factory?
A: We are the factory, the manufacturer.
3. Q:Is it same as Bolon?
A:Our fabric is exactly same as Bolon and our backing is a little difference with theirs.
4. Q: What's the width could you made for flooring?
A:Our width could be 1.4m~2m. Generally we make 2m as normal.
5. Q:Is it easy to clean and install the flooring?
A:Yes of couse. It's very easy to clean and installation is done by gluing the material directly to
any kind of flat, clean, dry, stiff surface, to save time and increase flexibility.
