Anji Yike Decoration Material Technology Co., ltd was founded in 2013. we are manufacturer of woven vinyl products, main products are wall to wall flooring rolls, tiles and wall covering for projects. The advantage of the product lies in the special weaving texture, design creativity and artistic texture, break through the traditional floor in the aesthetic restrictions. In addition, environmental, waterproof, wear resistance, sound reduction, fire resistant and other multi-functional properties make this kind of products in the perfect combination of practical and aesthetic, and gradually become the best substitute for traditional decorative materials. What's more, we also have rugs and kitchen mats suitable for retailing, with the features of anti-skid, mildew, luxury, easy to clean.
We are located in Anji County, Huzhou city, Zhejiang Province, nearest port is Shanghai Port, our factory has four modernized standard factory buildings, building area is 27974 square meters, land use area is 19278 square meters, more than 100 employees. As a technology oriented enterprise, Eco-beauty pursues excellence in personnel, technology and equipment, our factory is equipped with leading drawing and fusing backing technology, equipped with large-scale fabric drawing, weaving machines, setting equipment and has hot-melting production lines.
We have 2 invention patents, more than 30 utility model patents, our product has passed the Fire resistant test, REACH test, Formaldehyde test, Color fastness test, Dynamic coefficient of friction test, Castor chair test, etc.
1. We have 30 wire drawing machines, 35 Weaving machines and 2 hot-melting production lines. From wire drawing, weaving to fusing backing, are all under our own production, with monthly output of 90000 square meters.
2. With self-developed hot-melt integrated bottoming production line, the bottom and surface are not glued, not less risk of delaminating, more environmental friendly.
3.We are always follow the over sea's brands like BOLON, DICKSON,2TEC2,CHILEWICH etc. and continuous innovate and improve of production technology. According to the different types of fabrics, there are five series of products: Delux series, Classic series, Elegant series, Fantasy series, and Silk road series.
4.According to the product characteristics and requirements, we have developed different types of backings. There are hard PVC backing for wall to wall flooring rolls , comfort backing for tiles, PVC thin backing and non woven backing for wallpaper, and PVC foaming backing for area rugs. We have developed 12-20mm thick high foam backing for anti fatigue mat in 2019.
5. We have four modernized standard factory buildings, a construction area of nearly 30000 square meters and have enough production and storage space to ensure the quality and quantity of products.

The surface is Fabric layer( 70%PVC and 30% PES) . and backing is PVC material.
Fabric layer are the special products produced by pvc coated yarn, which adopt the yarn with special cladding structure: PET yarn with PVC coated. The core of the yarn is the high strength polyester industrial filament, After the coating of PVC, the polyester yarn changes into the compound yarn which is smooth in the surface, oil and water proof, innocuous and cool. Then the compound yarn are woven by the shuttle less loom and become woven fabric which get the advantages of bright color and non-fading, high tensile strength, oil and water proof, anti-UV, anti-aging, anti-abrasion, rot and chemical resistance, innocuous, smooth and cool in the surface, long service life and so on.
Backing is PVC It takes PVC as the main raw material and made of a special fusing process-Hot melting, ECO BEAUTY has the only one equipment for hot melting technology in China. The hot melting equipment and technology development by ECO BEAUTY. there is no any other factory produce same mat like ours.

The top layer of woven boat flooring is made out of PVC fibers that have been woven together to create the ultimate luxurious outdoor and indoor flooring.
We have 4 backings to select from.
The first is our hard PVC backing .Thickness is 2.5-2.8mm.weight around 3kgs/m2.
The second is special comfort backing. with PVC and non woven material backing. Thickness is 3.5mm. weight around 3.5kgs/m2
We also have a Thin PVC Backing which is very thin and does not offer any padding. it is better for wall .
Lastly is our PVC foam backing which is a soft and lighter. thickness is 2.6mm or 4mm. weight around 2-2.5kgs/m2
Our woven luxury woven boat flooring with cushion felt backing is the ultimate and recommended choice for boat flooring. At first glance you might think the backing will retain water, but water flows through it and it dries like any outdoor marine carpeting.
